Cutting process
Cutting process is to ensure accuracy of the cut out pattern piece with the least possible usage of fabric. Ratialisation and mechanisation of this process brings highest economies in increasing productivity of labour., which also brings costs reduction by the finished product.
We dispose of a large cutting room with maximum length of the loading table with 14m by manual loading and 8,4m by machine loading. Material loading makes an electric driven loading machine with control. It ensures exact spreading and lying of the material edges and stressless loading.
For material cutting are disposable hand cutting machines and also band cutting machines suitable for in shape complicated parts.
